With the Standard Tour, all still photos will be delivered to the listing agent or agent's representative for upload to the web. E-mail is the preferered delivery method, but CD's will be available upon request. Next, the Quicktime or Flash tour files and the interior and exterior still photos will be intergrated into a custom Virtual Tour template and hosted by Nextours. A link to the tour will be provided to the listing agent or agent's representative. This tour package is ideal for residential real estate.

Additional Quicktime or Flash tours can be added for $50 per room.

&bull The Deluxe Tour provides an even more immersive experience than the Standard Tour, with Quicktime or Flash tours of five to seven rooms and all necessary interior and exterior still photos. Much like the Standard Tour, the Quicktime or Flash tour files and the interior and exterior still photos are integrated into a custom Virtual Tour template and hosted by Nextours. But as part of the Deluxe Tour package, the tour files will also include navigation links, known as hotspots, that allow the user to "move" into an adjacent room, creating a completely interactive experience. Upon completion, a link to the tour will be provided to the listing agent or agent's representative. The tour files will be made available by request to your web designers at no additional charge. This tour package is ideal for properties and businesses with a long term web presence, such as restaurants, vacation properties, interior design companies, and architectural firms. This option is great for homes listed For Sale by Owner.
